Balance pitta, kappa dosha with carrot Juice

These juice is indicate for Ulcers, Heart, Cold & cough, Laxative, Sprue (Coeliac disease) Piles, and Bleeding diseases
Properties
Taste – Sweet & bitter (one of the 6 taste)
Quality (Guna) – Light & sharp
Potency (Virya) – hot
Taste after digestion (Vipaka) – sweet
Balances pitta & kapha
Soothing, Healing, Nourishing, Protects the liver,
Is a rich source of beta carotene witch is extremely good for its anti-cancerous properties, especially lung Cancer.
Good tonic, Alkalizer, Blood purifier, Boosts immunity in children, Aphrodisiac
It is rich in Vitamin A, Potassium, Calcium, phosphorus, Sulphur, Sodium, Beta carotene, Vitamin C, Iron, and other minerals.

Ingredients:
3 medium size carrot
palm sugar to taste
1 to 2 cup of Water
1 tsp lime Juice
Preparation:
If you have juicer machine extract the juice from the carrot, and add 1/2 to 1 cup of water to the juice, add the lime or lemon juice, the palm sugar if you find it, or use honey or regular sugar if you want; But sugar is not necessary because carrots are sweet and the juice is concentrate.
if you do not have a juicer use a blender to extract the juice from the carrot.
Add palm sugar if you find it, or add honey, or any Sweet, well-ripened fresh fruit, like pineapple, banana, papaya, mango, to taste, add the lime or lemon juice to the juice and enjoy!!.

Note:
Palm sugar is a sugar extracted from the sap of numerous varieties of palm tree but palm sugar from date palms and palmyra palms tends to be the most prized.
It can also be extracted from sago and coconut palms. This sugar is widely used throughout Southeast Asia, and it has a number of regional names, like jaggery, arenga sugar, coconut sugar, and gur.
